What is Orthopedic Physical Therapy?
In simple terms, it is the evaluation and treatment of your orthopedic system. This system consists of very important muscles, bones, joints, tendons, and ligaments, which enable us to move and perform activities of daily living. Our treatment is focused on helping you to build up your strength, flexibility, and range of motion. Orthopedic PT is used as a rehabilitative and a preventative.
